When you post items please enclose a note indicating your name, return address and if you have any extra requirements.
Printing and enclosing the order confirmation email that you receive is the ideal.
Europe return postal rates:- Just select your country on checkout. This is before payment is due.
You can post your items in anything from a jiffy bag to a shoe box. So long as everything is packed tightly so that they do not move around, and all sharp edges or points are covered, there will be no problem.
Upon return we will wrap you items in bubble wrap or similar, and put everything safely in our own boxes.
We do not repair knives by default.

Select 'Knife Repairs' as an option.

Select the type of repair that you require.

Enter the number of knives that require a repair.

Then go back to the 'Knife Sharpening' option and enter the total number of inches of knife blade to be sharpened.

Parcels delivered that do not require a signature will be put into a locked Parcel Safe box.
Please note, if you send items to us using a postal method the requires a signature there will be a slight delay.
This is due to the fact that we are rarely available to sign for anything.
In these circumstances we get the item redirected to the local post office, this is not a problem apart from a slight delay.
Note:- You can post 1st class and ask for extra insurance if you are concerned, then select special delivery for the return.
