At the bottom of the page are before and after shots of various Global knives in poor condition.
Notice the bevel and how it's polished to a mirror finish.
Polishing not only takes the edge to a razor sharpness, it also ensures it holds the edge a lot longer which means you need our service less often, thereby saving you money.
First example of a Global knife that had a knick in the blade, which we then restored and sharpened.
Second example of a Global that was in very poor condition but was restored to as new condition, albeit slightly less wide across the blade!
