Restored Knives

This page will show you what to expect when we sharpen your knives. 
 
NEVER throw out damaged knives. We can restore them, as demonstrated below.
 
At the bottom of the page are before and after shots of various Global knives in poor condition.
   
Notice the bevel and how it's polished to a mirror finish.
 
Polishing not only takes the edge to a razor sharpness, it also ensures it holds the edge a lot longer which means you need our service less often, thereby saving you money.
