This option will ensure you have a razor sharp knife edge, but with a secondary bevel on your Scandinavian grind or plain knife edge. This is often preferable as it creates a stronger edge that is less likely to roll over when you hit something hard.
- Measure the total blade length of all the knives to be sharpened of this type.
- Quantity means the total number of inches to be sharpened. If you have two knives, one with a 3" blade and the other with a 8" blade, then you enter 11 in the quantity box.
