Each knife will go through several sharpening stages.
The process starts with a 1000 grit whetstone, and then further stages until you have a polished finish on the knife edge.

Drop off and collect the items from the workshop. Always contact us beforehand to ensure that we are there at a time that suits you.

Normally a 24hr turnaround, but more than willing to do whatever is required whilst you wait.

There is no minimum charge if you visit the workshop, bring just one item if that's all you need sharpening.

We will set up and sharpen at your site so that you are never without your knives for more than a few minutes.
